    Approves of CEO

    I worked at Inventya full-time

    Pros

Flexible working hours (to an extent - can leave at 4:30), working from home option, great staff.
It's a good opportunity if you're a fresh graduate looking to get some commercial experience but not a good prospect long term

    Cons

Outdated management style: lots of micro management, top down approach, no transparency. Little room for progression unless you're a graduate consultant, and even then it is a constant struggle. Low pay considering the amount of responsibility, stress and hours demanded from you.

    Advice to Management

Stop focusing on insignificant matters and instead focus on staff progression and morale.
