      Worst place I have ever worked.

      Pros

      I can't find a Pro other than I met two very nice people. Most of the employees there don't say two words to you. The CEO, probably said 4 words to me in my 1.5 months. Cold place.

      Cons

      They will tell you you are on salary, but pay you as if you're hourly. Beware if you do not give them 2 weeks notice when you finally decide to escape the toxic environment, they deduct $1,000.00 from you pay. Though Florida was an "At Will" State. There is nothing positive about this place. Management puts off that the place has a "Google" type atmosphere. There is nothing further from the truth. BEWARE.

      some people were very nice

      Cons

      No one I met had been with the company longer than a year. They do have some cool product but it's the kind of place you work for a short time. Expect mandatory work weeks of at least 50 hours no overtime pay. Departments are new and things are still being figured out so expect changes with everything including your pay or schedule.

      Talented young staff and contemporary and beautiful developments

      Cons

      Management will choosé to impose rediculous contractual requirement for new hires which will serve to inky hurt the employee later when they decide to impose policy over principal and decency. Typical greedy developers who thrive off off the labors of employees and offer no loyalty or courtesies in return
