Pros

W2. Benefits at 30 hours. Variety of placement options, Do want longevity rather than total RVUs.

Cons

Like all psychiatry jobs where you interact with insurance (especially public), there is pressure to do more with less. Increasing burnout. Because they contract with other organizations, some organizational technicalities in employer.

Pros

Handlers in the company who are usually quick to help with all things HR Jobs in community mental health

Cons

HR’s response to questions being slow Poor salary for the work Poor perks with no PTO for continuing education outside the total PTO provided which doesn’t even cover the public federal vacations so some of us have to take unpaid leave to take those required vacations.
