    I worked at Isango! full-time

    Pros

Everything is really set out in India, decent learning,

    Cons

Top Management is useless. People who work hard and who want to learn are largely ignored and those who do not work and are more comfortable with the daily gossip sessions and eating sessions and highly given importance. Customer service manger who has been hired is biased and clueless and arrogant.

    Advice to Management

Hiring for the sake of it just to close numbers, you need to hire people who will motivate your employees and will be leaders for the future of your company. Value and retain the old employees. They know more and and can lead the company well. New hires need a lot to learn.

    Pros

If you are a smooth talker, good at yes manning the COO - you have found the heaven!

    Cons

It is a ship without a compass in the middle of an ocean!
No vision, no leadership, no thoughts just an endless fairy tale!

    Advice to Management

It is pointless to give advice to management as the management itself is the culprit.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

I guess it looks ok in the CV and you learn some e-commerce stuff...but a lot of time spent doing nothing or low skilled tasks

    Cons

Bad Employer-employee environment. Extremely hierarchical and poor transparency of company goals and development. Salaries at the bottom of the market, bordering ilegality, for those very few who get hired. Marketing non paid interns get sacked for refusing having to work full-day packaging, removal and non professional tasks. Sense of exploitment. Poor motivation.

    Advice to Management

Learn to believe better in your employees. Don't exploit them, motivate them. You'll end up having better environment and better results.
