    Caution : Most of the positive reviews on Glass door are seated by the internal resources (were they paid to do so?). Glass door must take appropriate precautions for this is bad for the brand.

    * Family run business.
    * Management isolates itself from the employees, literally no association with the team.
    * HR resources are all from the family tree, so don't expect anything positive from them.
    * Very thin customer base, no growth - so keep praying that ongoing projects sustain you.
    * No loyalty to the employees, you are as good as it works for them
    * Micro managed
    * Favoritism

    Cons

    * Chance to work on cutting edge technology
    * Pay package is pretty competitive.

    Pros

    A company that focuses on technology and function equally. Very technical sound people, evident from the interview process. Great environment to work in. Small company without the negatives of a small company. Management is very approchable, never felt a hitch when communicating with my seniors on difficult issues. You have the option of working in consulting or client projects built in-house (outsourced). Understanding of your personal problems and helpful in overcoming them. Good sales/marketing team.

    Cons

    Compensation and Benefits on the lower side compared to industry standards. Growth prospect was minimal for me or maybe not in line with my interests.

    Advice to Management

    Review your compensation & benefits and get them at par with the industry standards.

    Pros

    Finding..finding..finding..."No Pros found". I have to write because glassdoor is forcing me to write atleast 20 words.

    Cons

    - MOST OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS WRITTEN FOR THIS COMPANY ARE BY FORCE. Employees have been asked to provide positive reviews.
    - Poor work culture. Management shows that company is an agile organization but managers don't even know what agile means.
    - No work life balance. Employees have to sit late because of poor management.
    - All managers are worst. If you are Indian, then you will be treated badly. Whatever time you come to office, but you will finish your day very late night.
    - This is not a software company but a Family running business.
    - No growth. Only family members are growing.
    - You will be sustained as long as you have project. If you don't have, you will be fired any time. FIRING EMPLOYEES IS VERY COMMON FOR THIS COMPANY.
    - Very thin business line.
    - Clear isolation between management and employees.
    - Favoritism.
    - Lot of micro management.
    - No values of employees. Even if you are with this organization for very long time, you will be treated very badly.

    Advice to Management

    No advice. I have seen so many advice on glassdoor. If company has not improved with these advises, I am sure my suggestions will not be considered.
