Experienced team, fantastic mission
Pros
-Senior leadership team is extremely experienced — drawing on a wealth of experience from leading other successful startups. Definitely shows in their ability to execute and their decision to prioritize building a strong foundation for long term success over rapid expansion for its own sake. -You can't beat getting to work at a mission-driven company where the incentives of buyers and sellers are aligned -Investing a LOT of time in being intentional about developing a great culture -Exceptionally thoughtful and collaborative coworkers -Great internal tooling to make all of your work as easy as possible -Best onboarding flow and overall level of organization that I've ever experienced -Company's early stage allows everyone to have an outsized impact -It's really exciting to be on a team that is extremely invested in doing great work and holds everyone to high standards, but still knows how to have fun and maintain a good work life balance.
Cons
-You'll probably have to relocate, but the relocation stipend is very generous -You'll have to get reasonably familiar with the science of carbon removal since it's so inextricably linked to the product (it's not that bad, just worth being aware of if you don't have a background in this)
