There are lot's of bad thing about IT First Source Inc. I don't think Glassdoor allow me write that much negative things. So, here are some baddest points from the worst company: 1. Company never pay on Time 2. Crony Management 3. JUST wanted to take maximum work from less employees 4. Never think from human points of view, even if you lost someone in your family, company will ask you to come and work forcefully. 5. No infrastructure 6. Corrupt Management, use to offer money and other things to client 7. Use to hold incentives for long time, so no one can leave easily 8. If you are leaving the company, than forget about your salary and other dues 9. Senior Management is backbone less

I was lied to, deceived. I was promised a contract to hire position. I was told that it would be contract for 6 months, but found out from the company I was working for, they only do 2 months to hire. When I mentioned this to the IT First Source recruiter, he said they were wrong. The company that was paying them for my services, was wrong. I was giving a hourly rate and later was paid a salary rate, which cost me 2-3 work days a month in pay, plus my rate ended up being 2-4 dollars less per hour. The recruiter I spoke to didn't know how to speak English and was on speaker phone or a very bad headset and when I told him I couldn't understand what he was saying became rude. I would NEVER recommend this company or ever work for this company again. The once contract service I have ever dealt with.
