Beginning from the recruitment process, up to the employment itself, people are valued and highly respected. The company is involved in the development of its employees, provides trainings and variety of projects to work on. The work itself is dynamic, the technical level very high, the tasks adjusted to every individual, it’s difficult to get bored. There is no micromanagement, the rules are clear from the start.
