Pros

Besides occasionally working from home there are none.

Cons

There is a persistent pattern of workplace bullying, along with highly unprofessional and incompetent leadership. Management demonstrates a serious lack of expertise, characterized by excessive control and a lack of trust in employees. In practice, employees are discouraged from taking breaks, and overtime work is expected as the norm without proper compensation. The overall work environment is extremely toxic. While there are a few professional individuals, the majority of the team operates within a culture of rivalry, ill intent, and unhealthy interpersonal dynamics. Career progression and treatment by certain managers appear to depend on favoritism and personal alignment rather than performance and competence. Management fails to recognize individual potential and lacks the ability to develop, guide, or strategically utilize employees’ strengths for their professional growth or for the benefit of the organization. At the same time, expectations regarding workload and performance are extremely high, despite inadequate and comparatively low compensation.
