Has comfortable chairs, free/empty parking, fast computer, and good training on the accounting software

Cons

Not as horrible as other people says he is but not amazing either. Just work hard

Pros

Very quiet environment, no yelling, screaming, and swearing. Owner is a fair, extremely direct, no non-sense person. He points out your mistakes right away that you won't make it again. In my eyes, he has an approachable and understanding side that he doesn't show others often. No cell phone policy was clearly stated on the offer, you don't have to take the job if you don't like it. Owner also encourages continue development, he has funds for employees to take useful courses.

Cons

Sometimes work instruction was not very clear; hope there was more training on work flow before you are on your own. Some of the customer's files are in banker boxes and can weight more than 40 lbs.
