    Pros

Excellent training. good for fresh graduates.

    Cons

Pay is bare minimum. compensation is almost impossible. varies with demand and negotiation abilities. But I would say very less window.

    Advice to Management

Hear your employees when they work from the client location. Find out and review every 6 months. This company never gives performance reviews!

I have been working at JCMS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Small Firm, Lot of opportunities since its a consulting firm

    Cons

Not a company which will look after their employees. More interested in making profits for themselves. I worked extremely long hours at the client site, with no benefit. Mgmt turned a blind eye in-spite of telling them about it.

Always preying upon ppl with H-1B so they stick with them for a long run, lot of ppl I know are in there only because of this reason

    Advice to Management

Take care of employees, they will take care of you!! Have a plan for employees betterment, give them opportunities to grow by rotating them on different projects occasionally to give them better exposure. It will increase both their salaries and your bottom line too.

    Pros

The company provides excellent benefits to their employees.

    Cons

there is absolutely no training at all provided. You must have knowledge of the Microsoft office suite especially excel and also the share point program. If you do not, you definitely will not last with this company. You are thrown to the wolves when given any task to perform and you better be able to swim or you will drown! It is a family owned business and they are of indian descent. It is quite difficult to communicate with a majority of the office employees due to the language barrier and in my opinion, due to their ethnicity, there values, priorities, and treatment of other employees of a different race other than their own, especially of American descent, is horrible! They are very secretive people and do not include you in their circle if you are not so called "one of them". They are nasty and rude!

    Advice to Management

A word of advice to this company would be to start treating your employees with respect! You should also be training all of your new employees for at least two weeks, even if the new employee has worked for other project management or construction companies prior to working for your company. Every company is run differently. So training is necessary for all new employees. There must also be an open line of communication between upper management and other employees. This is the sneakiest company I have ever worked for! Watch yourself if you decide to work for this company. Very sneaky and a bunch of snakes!!!
