On-time payments, Some of the colleagues are nice people,

Cons

Very low payment rates in construction industry, A lot of work and pressure, Non-realistic expectations, some of General subcontractors are rude and some of PMs don't have any work ethic. Schedule will change every time, even if you are ahead of the schedule.

Particularly in the financial services area, there are some excellent people.

Cons

This company is not what it once was. There was a leadership change and they no longer uphold the integrity and transparency they once did. Such a shame.
