Pros

The coworkers can be great

Cons

Toxic environment to work in. No set schedule. Expect full time availability, yet don’t give you enough shifts to make enough on a regular basis. Cants have a second job, They have high expectations but disappointments are constant from the top. Always understaffed or out of supplies. Tip out is automatic on sales and gives support staff no incentive to work harder for the team. Unsanitary practices. Sections are spread out in many areas and it’s impossible to give the best service way too often.

Overall, everyone is really nice! Great work environment.

Sometimes sketchy with pay and hours. Really depends on when you get hired.

Great food and with tips the pay is incredibly reasonable for an entry level service job

Cons

Management can be difficult and turnover rate of servers makes it hard to maintain a coherent work culture
