      Pros

      Java Republic is a fantastic company to work for. They have invested heavily in the company culture and this shows through in all areas. The brand is well known and the product has a fantastic story that you can be proud to be a part of. The team is amazing and everyone is really passionate about coffee and about what they do. This passionate atmosphere and sense of team spirit is great to be a part of. During Covid the company worked hard to make the environment safe for all employees and this really is a testament to how much they care and believe in investing in their people. Overall a great place to work.
