Company has a great, family culture. Everyone here is a pleasure to work with and they put a lot of events together for us to have fun and even include our families. I have worked here for several years and the company has seemed to consistently grow for my duration. I get to work with a large number of clients across several industries which keeps it interesting. The company also does a good job to develop it's employees. I have had the opportunity to attend several classes, trainings and seminars that the company paid for. Definitely has advanced me professionally.

- I entered Javan Engineering as an entry level engineer 2 years ago, and now I feel as though I am well above a mid-level engineer. I gave my concerns about working the same position and when a new opportunity came up which seemed interesting to me. Javan took a chance on me and allowed me to take the new position.
