      Your team and coworkers are the best part of the job.

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Overbearing top-down management style, National managers that pretend they know what is happing at facilities they are never physically at. Companywide decisions being made from the top without the consideration of the different laws and regulations for different markets. In my time here, ~1 year, I watched our facility turnover close to 500 employees. The turnover was so bad that the company tried bringing on a temp agency because they had exhausted the local workforce... ***If you are considering starting/growing a career here, don't waste your time***

      Unprofessional and completely unserious, extremely cliquey, they say they promote from within but always hire externally.

      None, constant mandatory Saturdays, LOUD machines.

      Cons

      Favoritism is everything at this place. Blatant racism and sexual harassment is everywhere. Operates like a “mean girl” high school. Constant shunning and ignoring of certain employees. Management lacks empathy and skills. The managers run this place like it’s still the eighties. The constant rumors about management is demoralizing. No future unless you are friends or family with management. You WILL get carpal tunnel syndrome and hearing loss. Pay is horrible .
