    Pros

Great people, opportunities to try different jobs

    Cons

No defined advancement steps. Basically you have to do a leads job for multiple years without the title or pay then they may give you the title with or without a pay increase.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and implement changes.

    Pros

Easy to go out on disability for any reason

    Cons

Everything else. Overworked and unpaid, this company uses and abuses its staff. Hostile and abusive work environment, overt undertones of racism, sexism and gender discrimination

    Advice to Management

Treat your people better. They're humans, not disposable commodities

    Pros

Industry leader in Aircraft cabin completions some of the best work around. Ability to do any maintenance on aircraft.

    Cons

Does not treat employees well. Low pay for the industry. Would rather push employees out the door than give raises.

    Advice to Management

Restructure and gwt rid of some management there are too many bosses for the amount of workers. I have 4 different supervisors for green competion ac and there are 3 levels of management between them and the ceo

I have been working at Jet Aviation full-time

    Pros

Always busy and everyday is different. You really do make a difference in pilots life. Benefits start immediately after you start working there too.

    Cons

No leadership. Expect to never get a weekend off or holidays. Work/life balance is non-existent too and the company does nothing to improve employee morale

    Advice to Management

Improve training for new employees and come up with solutions to try to get each department to communicate better.

I have been working at Jet Aviation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great health and life benefits. 2 weeks PTO at hire. Coworkers are a joy to work with.

    Cons

Lack of organization. Some FBO's get less attention than the big money making FBO's. Pay is pretty poor unless you've been with company for awhile.

    Advice to Management

Pay employees what there worth. Increase management structure all the way down the chain, not just upper management. Don't pay low and have them do the job of 3 people.

I worked at Jet Aviation full-time

    Pros

I loved the challenge of the job. The educational opportunities were amazing.

    Cons

the internal customer service was horrible. There was no team feeling. Moral was always very low and people made coming to work soul sucking. Top heavy old boys network. No diversity in upper management which means no innovation of systems or directIves.

    Advice to Management

You have way too many chiefs and no natives. Communication is poor and your employees are cutting each other's throats for scraps.improve the moral

Great atmosphere. Friendly coworkers really one big family.

    Cons

Everyone wishes for more than the typical 3% raise every year, but what are you going to do about it. The company makes up for it in so many other ways!
