      Pros

      KEITH is a great place to work, excellent reputation in the industry and strong leadership team that is easily accessible and approachable. It is a multi-disciplinary firm so you get a lot more collaboration between offices and resources as everyone is in it for the team - which creates a really great environment. Also, it's a great place for an engineer to gain a lot of client exposure early on in their career! Good work/life balance - family atmosphere that actually wants you to spend time with your family.

      Health insurance was just ok, but they listened to employees and now pay 100% of medical, dental, and vision

      The pay is fair. The work is ever changing due to various contracts and you get to move around to different offices and meet new people.

      Cons

      I worry about the opportunity for advancement due to the small size of the company. I want to be able to grow with the company.
