    Pros

The day to day working atmosphere within the offices is friendly and relaxing also professional. The projects are interesting and prestigious.

    Cons

There is no opportunity for career development within the company with no structure for employee review and learning. Once you are given a position it is very difficult to progress and move forward.

    Advice to Management

Implement a career development system. This does not have to be centred around salary but should at minimum provide the employee with an idea of quality of the work and the direction in which they can progress.
