      Good pay, OK benefits and some cons

      Cons

      Repetitive work, truly awful awful management not aligned with staff, including senior directors. Favouritism is rife, gender balance does not exist. Fake pressure and deadlines by inequal work distribution and unmotivated amd unhappy colleagues.
