      Pros

      Takes into consideration employee's perspective and truly makes you feel like a valued member of the team/company. Does not focus on quarter to quarter results but rather takes a long term outlook. Excellent benefits including: Life insurance (some plans for free), Health insurance. 401(k) with employer match. Extensive holidays. Good pay.

      Cons

      Not of upward mobility. Although, it does exist.

      Great company to work for, constantly looking for ways to support customers and empower employees. Great work-life balance, very much a family-oriented company.
