Before this job change, my time with KGS was great. I worked with wonderful people. As these people retired, they were replaced with people that were new to the natural gas industry but their ego would not allow them to be advised by someone without the same level of education they had, no matter what their degree was. I spent less than one year with a manager that knew little about the department but wouldn't allow me to do my job because he knew better. I changed to another department and after six months the supervisor of this position retired. The person that became supervisor was unorganized, unethical, and a bully. Less than two years with this supervision, my mental health could no longer take the silliness i.e., being interrupted while working to "check your email" to only find an email saying I see you are working, please continue to do so; being made to take 12 minutes of vacation to leave early with a migraine even though I did not take breaks or a full lunch period without interruptions; being lied to about shipments that she knew what was going on but I was sent on a wild goose chase looking for them, etc.
