1.no increment cycle and your variable will not be paid ever, due to which in new company you have to settle at less, which impact your package throught the years and in 10 years you may end up in huge loss 2. No system and infra: you will be given 10 15 yr old laptops and will be expected to givw superman output 3. Racism: favouritism for region specific people 4.systwm: 0/10, their inhouse devloped. Which have glitches, fake data, no control, their inventory is fake as data is not corrected for years.., also anyone can change the inventory level
