      Pros

      I truly can't think of any pros of working there. If you just work in a branch, you're probably ok, but if you're at the HQ, your soul will eventually start to be torn from your body.

      Cons

      When I first started there, things were fine, but weird. I quickly started seeing the cracks. It progressed to the point where I felt like going to work each day was torture. Upper management is fake and lacks professional transparency. The number of good people, just trying to do their jobs, that I saw crying at work because of poor management was appalling. Work-life balance is frowned upon.

      It is really sad for me to see all these bad reviews a lot appear to be not on the team anymore and just seem to have beef . It is honestly the best place I have ever worked! Everyone from the C level down is so nice and easy to work with. They have the best benefits I have ever had and everyone makes work fun! I enjoy coming into work every day and feel supported.

      I don't have any after about 4 years being on the team .
