Pros
Great caring people, really want you to succeed.
Cons
None that I can think of at this time
We agree that we have some of the best employees and a great work environment.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board
Cons
There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.

Great Management, Abusive customers
Apr 28, 2023 - Tier 1 Technical Support in El Paso, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good pay Remote Possibility for 4 days a week 4x10 Everything provided (computer) Good surpervisors, bad upper management.
Cons
Abusive customers on the phone, hard to deal with sometimes but there is policies in place Need a lot of technical knowhow (for ios, not applicable for billing) Tier2 support can be a hassle to communicate with Typical call center hours (9am to 9pm) and call center blocks (early or late) Equipment failures are mostly on you, you do not get compensated Unfair metrics, heavily relying on customer metrics If you get stuck mid call its on you and the customer is waiting on the phone,

Pay and Benefits
May 12, 2023 - Manufacturing Associate in Anna, OHRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Kelly has just increased starting pay. They offer a generous benefits package with perks on meals and travel. The HR staff has been very accessible and pleasant. There is a nice $3000 sign on bonus at 3 and 6 months of work. There are attendance bonuses and a MSP program, which allows you more money after some time.
Cons
After 6 months, you don't get another bonus. You lose out on more lucrative performance bonuses and profit sharing by working as a contingent and not an associate. Health care is costly under Kelly's plan. Honda has better benefits as a whole.

Good Job
May 11, 2023 - Teacher of Mathematics (Secondary Education)RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Very flexible hours as you can choose what days you want to work, how many days a week you want to work, and you can choose half days or full days to work. You can sub for all grade levels from elementary, middle, and high school which is great so you can choose what you like to sub for. There are always jobs available for you to take so you don't have to worry about not working. The only benefit they have that you can apply for and get is insurance (there is a variety to choose from.) During all school breaks, there are no jobs to work so you get a break.
Cons
The hiring process is LONG (at least that was how it was in my experience,) it took almost 2 months before I could begin working. It's an easy process, but lots of requirements. It won't take you long to finish the requirements and get hired, but for some reason, Kelly takes forever to allow you to begin working which is frustrating. Also, they are difficult to get a hold of in the hiring process when you have questions whether it's over the phone or through email. You have to call and email multiple times before getting a response. Pay is also not great, but of course, teachers don't even get paid well themselves so I wasn't expecting to be paid better as a sub. They don't give bonuses or extra pay, but I also believe it depends on the county you're in because in some other counties, subs have better pay or get bonuses. As far as I know, there is no summer school to sub for so you are out of a job during the summer. During all school breaks, there are no jobs to work and you're not getting paid.

May 25, 2023 - Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter in Midland, MIRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great environment to work! Pay and benefits are great.
Cons
Limited ability to get hired at contractor company. This probably due to contractor company then current company.
- Current Employee★★★★★

Not a fair working environment
May 3, 2023 - Recruiter in Detroit, MIRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Working remote, benefits, some great team members
Cons
In today’s market, people want to move fast and do not wait on jobs for weeks when it is a low level position- if they get another offer they take it so they ghost recruiters after accepting a position. Somehow this reflects poorly on the recruiters! If we find candidates, they accept, and it takes two weeks to get paperwork done- they get an offer for better pay somewhere else and can start the next day- what do you think they will do?

Pros
paid on time. slow pace
Cons
The recruiters misrepresented the ease of changing your schedule. I was told we could make exceptions to our set schedules at any time but when I emailed them I was told no. I was told that we could make changes to our set schedules as long as we gave them 4 weeks notice, but when I went to do that today they told me that the schedules were already out for the next 2 months and so any changes wouldn't take place until after that. there is one email address that can be used to contact Kelly. there's no phone number you never know who's going to be on the other side of the email and the responses you got are usually unclear. there's an entire Facebook group of Kelly ASL interpreters struggling to understand the expectations of Kelly.
