Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

- The pay is not bad. - WFH

- The customers are entitled. - The metrics you have to adhere to breeds anxiety. - You're constantly thinking you're one bad survey away from losing your job even if it's not your fault. - Customer's will literally leave a bad review because they didn't get the answer they like and that reflects poorly on you even when you made sure to control your tone, did everything you could and "gained agreement" - STOP telling us to "Gain agreement" when the customer is obviously not satisfied! That's going to irritate them more. - Mentally exhausting and brings on terrible anxiety.

I have read many reviews. Most are probably people who do not want to help. Yes you can’t submit an exception but if you did good and it was an accident as I just got, the manager will review it and not hold it against you. Still give you advice on what could be better. As with anything. Training is a lot of knowledge but if you don’t care about helping people, you won’t do well. If they don’t like a policy, all you can do is try to explain. Agree with them, apologize, empathize and keep it moving. Pay is good. Advancement is on performance. So if you aren’t getting surgery apply out get your metrics up. Solve issues.. learn you job and do it good. Fresh out of training in number 2 on my team. So it is definitely something you’re doing.

Only con is I have to wait 30 days to be promoted. But it’ll take that long to home your craft anyway.
