Pros

I've only just joined, but it seems like a good company to work for. Culture is good, management seems supportive, and the team seems friendly. Remote working is a major plus, and they are reasonably flexible . The interview was a 3-stage process, and they asked good questions as well as answered the questions I had for them as well. I've read some the negative comments on here about this company, and i can't say I've noticed any of these within the company

Cons

Inital IT set up of apps and devices seems a bit clunky. Internal IT issues seem more than usual

- Great people with a passion for the travel industry - Everyone is motivated to providing customers and travellers with a fantastic service - In my experience so far, everyone is collaborative and supportive, open to new ideas and it makes for a lovely environment to work in - Good benefits package - Motivated to increase opportunities for career progression - Home working equipment surpassed my expectations, the Manchester office is also a great space
