Company (for last few years) hires inexperienced people for as cheap as they can get, with promises of growth potential within the company as well as financial gains (not true). The company has HORRIBLE turnover in every department which impacts everyone’s jobs. As for sales, good luck receiving any commission, and bonuses (if ur lucky to get 1) are laughable.
There’s financial incentives on paper; however, even during the best quarters in company history - you will see owner/leadership spending so much money that the net profitability and/or adjust gross income won’t meet the “goal” so $0 goes to the bonus pool (owner keeps it).
It’s frustrating and don’t expect to understand it and don’t expect to make much more money from the day you start.
