Pros

Great office. Great people. Understanding leadership. Great place to be if you are looking for a small agency to work for.

Cons

Smaller Agency. Only a negative if you are expecting a big agency or big in house experience.

Pros

Working at a small agency is a big pro - you learn a lot about how a business works overall. It's also a great opportunity to be involved in a majority of projects. Keystone was a great place to work, located right in the Third Ward in Milwaukee. Definitely a relaxed atmosphere overall. The team is solid from top to bottom. There were a lot of opportunities for educational growth - i.e. attend conferences and networking events. I have recommended others to apply for this position.

Cons

When I started there weren't a lot of benefits. That started to change, with the introduction of a matching IRA.

Pros

Great flexibility. Leadership empowers individuals to come up with their own ideas and ways of creating solutions. No restriction on growth opportunities. Leadership's belief in continuous learning is passed on to employees.

Cons

Besides the building being old and always doing random construction or not knowing what the temperature will be in the building.. there isnt really anything. Like any organization, the culture and employee need to fit.
