      - No communication from other branches - Job security is nonexistent - Constantly stressed about job loss - CEO and other higher-ups don't care about their employees

      Pros

      -Great culture, everyone cares a lot about each other -Small team that spends a lot of time together -An awesome product... pretty much the holy grail if you grew up gaming -Flexible hours

      Cons

      -Hard working environment but there is a work/life balance (eg. you can work out in the middle of the day as long as you get stuff done) -Sometimes drinks in the fridge get repetitive
