      Pros

      There is a good mix of client work in different industries.

      Cons

      The toxic positivity is a cover for what this place actually is. There is a major lack of strategy. It's not financially secure, and it is not an easy for BAME staff to feel a sense of belonging.

      Pros

      This is the best place I have ever worked. Kin&Co has an incredible, supportive, intelligent team which helps clients achieve meaningful change in their organisations (related to purpose, culture, inclusion, etc) and creates true, global impact. As a socially minded person myself, I have never felt so fulfilled.

      Cons

      As a rapidly scaling org there are lots of changes and scaling here too which could put some people off (but I find it exciting).
