Pros

Family org., great showroom, great sales team to work with, great income potential, high energy, a well oiled sales process with the freedom to tailor to your own style. They make good cabinets with lots of options to a point.

Cons

2 owners who are not in sync. and senior owner is disengaged and doesn't support his sale staff very well sometimes. They claim to be custom but really they want you to sell remodels that fit into a little box. Their claim to fame is "on time and on budget"...they rarely finish a job on time, then struggle to complete and have no sense of urgency so you don't get paid sometimes for weeks later...makes it hard to get referrals. Sometimes they seem rudderless and are top heavy with excess management. Typical of most contracting companies in lack of current technology uses. Lot's of paperwork. Their internal process of getting a project to the point of actually installing can take up to 7-8 months from date of sale. The have several procedural checks and balances but still seem to mess up projects, but they are good at eventually resolving probs. Income potential is definitely there but you have to work hard for it, 60-70 hrs per week, no bene's or mileage/phone compensation. They sometimes back charge commissions for things you don't control...major fail. If you come into the company without much industry experience good luck. Their training is choppy, with outdated software and manual processes that are not intuitive. The design SW is good, but poor training for that. The first 6-12 months they give you mostly counter top leads. Their pricing is way over the industry so very hard to make sales or a living. They talk about being a "family" company, but when you leave, even in the best of terms, they find every which way possible to not pay you final commissions.

Flexible schedule and potential to make good money.

Cons

The company is extremely disorganized, manipulative management and a toxic work environment.
