Avoid this place at all costs. The work environment is toxic beyond belief. The calls team is constantly put under extreme pressure, with management threatening to fire people daily and openly humiliating staff across the floor. There's zero respect or support, it feels like they want you to fail. You only get a strict 30-minute lunch, and the schedule is enforced like a prison sentence. I was logged in 1 minute late (despite arriving 10 minutes early), and they sanctioned me immediately. Three sanctions and you're out, it's literally like being back at school, only putting your career on the line. The office itself is tiny, cramped, and suffocating. The atmosphere is hostile, demoralising, and designed to make you feel small. Public berating is the norm here for this role, if you value your dignity, avoid this place. the commission is rubbish for a new team member too- £20 per call?? If I'm getting a company to sign with Knightsbridge why am I getting paid way less for achieving the same thing as a core team memeber There’s rarely parking, no canteen, not even a vending machine- working 8:30 to 5:30 everyday
