Pros

decent ideals and mission on paper hardworking worker bees. to my fellow bees, good luck. you will need it. good pr and business partners

Cons

lack of clear direction lack of original thinking at all levels top down management - orders come from the top and team scurries around without thinking about what they are being asked to do boys club -- the more you drink, the better your chances of succeeding. no wonder there are absolutely no female executives at the company -- they all left in the last 9 months. nepotism. false promises.

Pros

The mini snack room is the only good thing... Not even a great choice, but at least the water is free...

Cons

Was hired a couple of months ago to only get laid off... (WHY HIRE THEN?) Company laid off about 1/3 of their employees because their products were beyond terrible. The employees paid the price for managements' mistakes... DO NOT EVER WORK HERE. THEY WILL LAY YOU OFF TOO!

Pros

If you want to work hard at a company and don't care if you get laid off without notice, this is the company for you. Trust me, they won't let you down.

Cons

They promise so much stuff and take it back saying they never said it. The just laid off practically the whole staff of Neopets.com with no warning at all. They called everyone into a meeting, said they were laid off as of yesterday then walked out of the build. People were actually working at the time, not knowing that they were laid off the day before. This whole meeting took less than 2 minutes. The remote employees got a UPS package with a form letter saying they were laid off.
