Profitable company, interesting projects, good coworkers and nice offices
lack of senior management as leaders, no formal review or performance based advancement at all. Constant laying off of employee when accounts or clients lost. No forward thinking of keeping employees for future work.
Advice to Management
have a real 5 yr strategy and recruit to manage the success of that strategy. Recruit for that starategy regardless of you client accounts. Invest in your best resouce which is your staff instead of jumping ship to new avenues.
