Pros
Fellow coworkers were positive and gave their all in helping the company. Sadly, only employees did all of the work in the store. Managers were rarely found when help was needed.
Cons
Managers sat in their offices and made young employees take over the store for the majority of the day. No raises are given, unless you are favorited. If you asked for a day off or a week of vacation during the summer, Managers complain and text you unprofessionally during your off-time. Gaslighting young employees is known at the Horn Lake location. You will be talked about negatively to your coworkers, by your managers, in which drama lingers. Unprofessional work ethic where positivity is rare.
