      Pros

      I genuinely enjoy working here. The flexibility allows me to maintain a healthy work-life balance and the compensation, and bonus structure are competitive. The people are supportive and approachable and I feel like the company values its employees. I believe hard work is recognized and the opportunity for growth is encouraged for learning and new responsibilities.

      No complaints, no cons, one of the best companies I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      Unusual crew with grit to get the job done. Owner and office team are awesome, kind and respectful. Out in the field is construction, get experience doing many things and they are all about time balance for family and personal well being. I highly recommend them as an employer.

      Cons

      They run lean, which isn’t really a bad thing.
