      100% employee-owned Growth-oriented Company values and actual culture match Regionally vertical - in each region of Koops, all design, engineering, manufacturing, assembling, de-bug, and testing happen at one location. Allowing ample growth technically and professionally in the range avalible.

      Cons

      For some people, it may be hard to adjust to the empowered ownership and ambiguity that goes with that. In most positions, you are able to create your own way to do something - it is not laid out exactly for you/
