Pros
Working with vets is challenging but is very rewarding at the same time. Pay is good.
Cons
Management does not visit locations, depends on others opinions about individuals. Communication with management is like talking to a brick wall, do not care about employees. Management has double standards for those that do not the proper qualifications but still hire them. Having to work with people that act like then know optics but actually don't know optics well. Depends on others to fix their mistakes, and make excuses as to why they did what they did.
