Flexible remote work options and some very nice colleagues, which made parts of the experience positive

Cons

Micromanagement and a chaotic environment. The working environment lacked clarity and structure, which resulted in frequent reactive fixes instead of proper solutions. This led to repeated issues and impacted overall efficiency and collaboration

Great people ex management and good product.

Cons

Would avoid if you care about your client relationships and sanity. Constantly moving goalposts and constant spotlight on sales, pipeline, and “processes”. Those who have never sold anything are starting to count the calls, emails, etc in attempt to micromanage.
