Pros

LBMC has a strong culture with a very people first mentality. Firm leadership is forward thinking, and continues to improve resources. Listens to employees and seeks input from them.

Cons

LBMC started as a small firm, that I have seen grown exponentially over the last 10 years. They are now a mid/large size firm that can sometimes still have a small firm mentality. Not necessarily a bad thing but just an observation within my own dept over the last several years. Although, the company has really come along way in integrating new offices across various cities over the last couple of years with new acquisitions. I think they are trending in the right direction to continue growing.

Pros

The firm has a nice southern hospitality culture.

Cons

LBMC is a true accounting firm, meaning most employees have a speadsheet-focused mentality and most have no sense of humor.
