Pros
None that make any difference other than the seed money the company raised from the suckers... er I mean early investors.
Cons
The CEO is clearly a "difficult and complex" personality and had no idea what he was doing. He had plenty to say, but most of it was either stupid or verbally abusive. I've never been happier to watch a company fold.
