LEDCONN highlights and emphasizes its career growth, opportunities, teamwork… but they’re not true. It’s still a small company with a long way to go. High turnover rates. You’d want to leave after 1 year. If you make a mistake here and there, it’ll negate all your other work. Their ideas are poorly executed because they try to make employees do more than they need to, like jobs beyond their job description, activities that interfere with work and wastes everyone’s time. They want to be seen as a fun and rewarding company, but they’re not at all. You’d think that because it’s such a small company, they care & value their employees. But nope. They’re still growing even though they’ve been in business for 10+ years and management still has so much to learn. There’s a lack of transparency and honesty. The benefits aren’t good, high deductibles. Their 401k is average.

Cons - I never worked at a more disorganized company. There's no chance for advancement, the employees are not friendly and no one seem to have a plan for growth
