Pros
Modern building, nice and experienced colleagues. Current sensor market is interesting and (old) LEM products renowned in the industry.
Cons
Business side (marketing and sales) is weak. Very few innovative products. Very reactive to market trends. Most of the business is based on the past wins. Senior management disconnected from the engineering reality. Salaries are low for the industry. LEM "uses" its uniqueness in terms of tech company in Geneva to attract "cheap" French labor, that they underpay.
