Pros
LOC has a solid position in the market and is always anticipating the new opportunities. Have a CEO that is also a programmer, and ho still coding, makes me fell always comfortable with the sure that I am being evaluated by my technical competances, and not by my "professional charm".
Cons
As LOC is in a reshaping period, priorities and schedules change all the time, what makes us feel like we are not going forward with the new projects. Leaders and managers still trying to find the best methods to improve and guarantee a efficient communication with the team.

- Competitive Salary and benefits if negociated correctly from start - Hybrid work with one or two days at the office - Work environnement is good, people are nice to work with
Cons
- Too many unesesary meetings, Even when not concerned. Waste of time - Poor communication - Projects are very desorganized - Management is very unpredictable. They are nice today and can fire you next day for invalid reasons - Poor quality of products. No real design, many based on customer whims - Many capricious customers with poor knowledge - Bad usage of profesional tools - Poor documentation and help from seniors, many time totally absent
