      * Lots of opportunities to travel and visit sites * Lots of opportunities to interact with clients directly * Friendly environment among junior staff * Company likes to promote from within * Management can be attentive to junior staff issues

      * Senior staff talent pool limited, which can create an over reliance * Management can come off as very unfriendly * Not a lot of room to grow professionally or pay-wise * Its a small field

      Friendly work environment. Middle management is often supportive when it comes to work and issues beyond work.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch and ignorant to employee concerns. Often they will ask for greater efficiency on work and expectations beyond your job description with no incentive. Low salary and little room for growth.
