Pros
LTS BUILDERS was one of the best companies to work for in the past. They hired a group of corporate WIZ KIDS that cleaned house of all the good employees and then cleaned their pocket books with high salaries and state of the art toys. What is left now is only the shadow of it's former self left to revive the past. Now under new management that is more self serving but white washing themselves with the good deeds of the past -- there are better employers out there. Go to RGB.
Cons
Extremely mis-guided, certainly not the company it was 10 years ago. No loyalty to their employees -- management couldn't build a dog house.
