      Friendly working environment, good for new graduated students. I've got many good friends here. Work from home, working hours is flexible.

      Cons

      Apart from those good points, there are couple of downsides. First, you don't have oppotunity to work in a professional environment, going thru all software development process. Second, they rarely update technologies. However, your sql skills will be increased really quick.
