Pros

Free Hand on execution. No day to day discussions,

Cons

No Systems at all, One of the worst employee centric culture. Claims and reimbursements never come in time or you have to literally write or remind for your own money. HR will hardly respond to mails specially HRBP's. only jpin the organisation if you you really do not have an option.

Everything was going good before covid

Cons

Now the careers have been left hanging. No salary since 1 year. No update on employment status. Just kept on unpaid leave.
