      Pros

      I’m always learning something new. As the industry and clients’ needs change so does the software. My ideas and opinions are always taken into consideration. I feel valued as an employee and a person.

      The hours can sometimes be long, but the work always pays off.

      Challenging work - not necessarily always a con, but if you are looking for an easy job, this is not the place for you Sometimes deadlines can be stressful November-February are incredibly busy, sometimes involving extra hours if behind schedule/deadlines
