    Good working environment, Safety is committed and followed by the respective management.

    Cons

    Overall the management of Lamprell is very good.

    I worked at Lamprell full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    No interference in work , individual responsible in projects , challenging works, excellent supports from inter facilities. Working experienced & hardworking peoples.

    Cons

    Some impurities came recently , they are trying to set up on their own & getting benefited their own . These are harmful for these organisation .

    Advice to Management

    needs to washout those impurities , top management should talk face to face with their employee to get actual situation

    Pros

    lamprell is giving every facilities to you and good salary package

    Cons

    there is no accomodation near to lamprell , so we have to travel a lot to the company

    Pleasant atmosphere to work with the staff.

    Cons

    There should be slight improvement with the management system.

    Advice to Management

    to avoid recruiting of candidate with higher salary and give an opportunity with current candidate with reasonable salary.

    Pros

    1.Money was decent enough to have a decent living standard.
    2.No tax have to be paid to the country where Lamprell is located.

    Cons

    1. Not an ideal place for an IT person to almost start there career.
    2. You will be required to work on legacy technologies.

    Advice to Management

    Better training system needs to be developed and they should have an open mind towards accepting and working using new technologies.
